  • HarryBigButton Celebrates Their 12th Anniversary with A Long Awaited Comeback

HarryBigButton’s the 3rd full-length album : A Journey of Relience and Emotion in the Face of Adversity Korean Rock band HarryBigButton celebrates their 12th anniversary with the highly anticipated release of their third full-length album, "Big Fish." This album, like a collection of ten vibrant movies, draws inspiration from a diverse range of cinematic worlds, infusing each track with distinctive styles and a myriad of emotions. HarryBigButton-- named Korea's Representative Hard Rock Band --are a three piece post-hard rock band consisting of members Siwon Lee (Bass), Sungsoo Lee (Vocalist, Lead Guitar), and Taegi Kim (drums). The band, named after a slang word for a cheap, vintage car stereo, continues to release music that features intense and heavy guitar riffs, distinctive groovy rhythms, tight arrangements and a deep roar of charismatic vocals. Despite the challenging backdrop of the pandemic, HarryBigButton overcame the obstacles to deliver a remarkable musical offering. The album's final track and title song, "Big Fish," stands as a heartfelt tribute to those who have experienced the pain of bidding farewell to a cherished loved one. It is a poignant dedication to all those who have faced similar struggles and an homage to the Sungsoo’s father, who played a profound role in shaping his identity. Track 8 "Titane" captures the essence of what it means to be a family, exploring the complex dynamics of blood ties without genuine affection and the transformative power of love within unexpected connections. The journey of creating "Big Fish" was not without its challenges. The pandemic disrupted the album's production, leading to a temporary halt in 2020 after releasing only half of the album. However, undeterred by these setbacks, the band persevered and gradually resumed their work. Step by step, they pieced together the remaining tracks, culminating in the completion of their long-awaited third album. "Big Fish" symbolizes resilience and hope in the face of adversity, embodying the band's unwavering determination to share their music with the world. With its diverse range of styles and profound emotional depth, this album serves as a testament to HarryBigButton's artistry and their ability to navigate the turbulent waters of life. Fans and music enthusiasts alike can immerse themselves in the captivating melodies and introspective lyrics of "Big Fish," experiencing a cathartic journey that resonates deeply within the soul. • TAN Shakes up SODA in Atlanta During TAN Asia Festival

2023.04.02 | Seven member boy group TAN (To All Nations) makes their way to the Atlanta Coliseum here in Duluth, GA!!! On April 2, 2023, the group consisting of Changsun, Jooan, Jaejun, Sunghyuk, Hyunyeop, Taehoon, and Jiseong were ready to meet and treat SODA (their fans) to a memorable night during their first ever US tour... FESTIVAL STYLE. Attendees were also able to experience an array of K-pop merch tables and food vendors while cheering on many stages of K-pop dance covers and musicians before meeting TAN! Leading the festival was none other than our first dance cover performer, Jey Noelle! Noelle is no stranger to the stage, nor the K-Pop community. Although she may have hit the stage solo, fans were nonstop cheering as they enjoyed her K-pop medley cover consisting of "INCEPTION" (ATEEZ), "Same Scent" (ONEUS), "DU DU DU" (TAN), and "LOCO" (ITZY). Next to the stage was none other than Alan Z & Squalle! For our #SoundLovers out there, this is a duo we feel you will enjoy. Their flow was insane with an overall spectacular stage presence! Be sure to stay tuned for more to come from this Actor, Musician, Writer in the future. The second dance cover stage was like no other! 4REIGN may have been 3rd to the stage, but they slayed with their dynamic performance of "MAVERICK" by The Boyz! Each member possessed an energy and passion that was just so aspiring and fun to watch. What a stage to experience right before meeting TAN! During a brief intermission, fans were able to enjoy listening to some fan favorites before the venue lights went dim and the intro video hit the big screen! It was the moment all of SODA was waiting for!!! TAN hit the stage strong with "Fix You", the group's latest title track with cheers filling the venue without ceasing! They quickly followed with their well known debut song "Du Du Du" before introducing themselves one by one to their beloved fans. It was then time for the guys to turn on their charms during the stages of "My Heart" and Beautiful Lie." SODA was enjoying this change of pace and the members couldn't hide their smiles any longer! After these two stages, each member of TAN would take turns picking and answering a fan question, written prior to the event, from the "Ask TAN" board before continuing on to the unit stages the guys had prepared. The first unit group consisted of Jooan, Sunghyuk, Hyunyeop and Taehoon who performed "Dream of You," which was then followed by "Would You" showcasing Changsun, Jaejun and Jiseong. The guys thought it would be cute to troll each other on who had the winning unit stage song; However, for SODA, both stages were equally winners in this friendly unit competition! The guys then returned as a unified group in order to serenade fans with their beautiful ballad "It's You." Throughout the venue you could see the tears in some of the fans' eyes, as well as arms waving side to side to the guys' breathtaking vocals! TAN planned a very special segment for SODA during their second fan engagement portion of the show. Prior to entering the venue, fans were asked to write down their phone numbers for an opportunity to receive a call from the members! We were lucky enough to be near a SODA who received the first call, on her birthday, with Changsun (who she has supported since his debut in 24K). This segment was one of the sweetest moments of the night as seven (7) lucky fans approached the stage to embrace the members before receiving a gift bag that contained a signed album and other prizes. TAN then moved on to two fan favorites "Walking on the Moon" and "Louder" to end the night right, or so we thought. The stage was left empty only for a moment before the members returned with their encore songs "Adorable" and "Diving to the Top," where they got closer to SODA before having to say our final goodbyes! Although it was time for SODA to say "goodbye" from the floor, the night was far from over. SODA began lining up for the various fan interactions that KYOO Live Entertainemnt, Kor.us Entertainment and KPop Nation Atlanta had planned! While some SODA were enjoying a fansign and taking selfies with the members of TAN, others were still on the dance floor enjoying an amazing Random Dance Play (RDP) that consisted of newer and older fan favorites. Following this fan favorite event, we seen killer stages from N.Bloom, Seoul of Atlanta and 4NK before ending the night with one final RDP. Check out our full gallery here.

Attendees filled the floor spaces before taking to the stairs to fill in the triple layered balcony. The group then started a long night of fan-favorites. The group first took us to "Savanna," where the silhouetted palm trees illuminated by a sunset backdrop heightened the sensuous feeling of this performance. For the next stages of "dOra maar (English Version)," "chrOme hearts," and "designer," lyOns absolutely melted our hearts by singing along in unison to each of these! Then it was time for the solo stages, where we started with Junji's performance of "Be Mine," which was immediately followed by Mill's performance of "Beat" before arriving to the long awaited stage of "libidO." Although the song received mixed feelings from fans and non-fans alike upon its release, you never would have guessed that was the case during their performance in Atlanta as roaring cheers and singing from the crowd filled the venue from from the first note until the lights when dark for the next stage. After he collected his emotions, the group photo was taken, and ending ments were made-- where the members expressed their gratitude and thanked lyOn for coming to watch their performance -- it was finally time for the encore! As the music for the first encore stage began, the venue was filled with the voices of Nine and lyOn who sang in unison, "You're my, You're my Angel." • P1Harmony Makes History with Their P1USTAGE H: P1ONEER Tour Nashville Show

2023.02.12 | P1Harmony Makes History as the FIRST K-Pop Group to take on the world-famous Grand Ole Opry stage right here in Nashville, TN! After traveling to Atlanta for 99% of our concerts, Tennessee K-Pop fans were finally able to greet the members of P1Harmony in the state's capital city of Nashville. After the release of their fifth mini-album, Keeho, Theo, Jiung, Intak, Soul and Jongseob have made their way back to the U.S. for their second tour, P1ONEER to "always show [P1ECE] the new way and the new sound." Like many other K-Pop concerts, P1ONEER began with dimmed lights, powered on P1ECE Sirens (the group's official light stick), and the deafening screams of P1ECE as the opening VCR began to play. Look At Me Now, immediately followed, and P1ECE didn't hesitate to show their love and support for P1Harmony as they began cheering when Intak's voice thundered, "Are you ready, Nashville?!?" Next, P1ECE was welcomed with two fan-favorites - - the first being the rock version of the most recent album's anthem-like title track, Back Down; which was immediately followed by the group's famous title track from their second mini-album, Scared. The group then took a moment to introduce themselves with their well-known introduction phrase, "Plus Everything! Hello, we are P1Harmony." The boys took turns introducing themselves, taking the time to thank P1ECE for coming to the show on Super Bowl Sunday, and expressing their desire to "perform even harder" as they heard they were the first, ever, K-Pop group to perform on the Grand Ole Opry House stage. They continued the show with the more relaxed vibe of MeToo, a single released last August, that was written and composed by the group. P1ECE's energy could be felt coming alive again throughout the three-tiered venue as the group continued with hype songs Doom Du Doom, End It, and Black Hole. Next P1ECE enjoyed the members' solo and group unit stages, and the first member to perform was Theo. As he stood in the middle of the stage with nothing more than a mic stand and spotlight shining on him, his charismatic charms and smooth vocals were highlighted as he captivated P1ECE's attention during his cover of DEAN's 2016 release 21. Next up was Soul, as he performed his solo rendition of Jung Joonil's, Hug Me. Sitting on a stool on the right corner of the stage, the audience couldn't help but to give him their full undivided attention. This moment quickly seemed to end too soon as it transitioned to a unit state featuring Keeho, Jiung and Soul as they covered Michael Jackson's, Love Never Felt So Good. Jiung was sure to bring out his inner MJ with his solo dance, before the three members joined each other in the middle of the stage. Finally, rap duo, Intak and Jongseob, appeared in the middle of the risers to begin their performance of Bow Wow. As they began walking towards the end of the stage with mics in hand and fur coats on their backs, the cheers began to fill the venue. As they showcased their rapping skills and unstoppable energy, they ended the stage by rapping to each other in the middle. As Intak and Jongseob took a moment to change, the other members arrived in street-style outfits to greet P1ECE, once again, and talk about their solo stages. Soul and Theo asked P1ECE to sing along with them. Once Theo finished, Jiung wanted to "sing a country song that he had been practicing," and asked "P1ECE, do you know Home on the Range?" where he immediately started a beautifully smooth rendition of Home on the Range. Following the return of Intak and Jongseob, the show continued with more popular tracks including their debut song Siren, Mirror, and Follow Me. Next, P1ECE were asked to sing along and "dance along, too, if you know the moves" as they slowed things down with Gotta Get Back. It was apparent that P1Harmony was going to continue to have fun and more engaging moments with their BFFs until the end of the show as their most anticipated song of the night began. The love-filled tune BFF (Best Friends Forever) started and P1ECE''s voices filled the venue with enough emotion that even P1Harmony could feel the heartfelt lyrics of their BFFs. The concert continued with the high-energy Nemonade, where the venue experienced technical difficulties as the track stopped playing; which left P1Harmony, and P1ECE, to finish the fan-favorite in acapella, and the boys' mics were audibly on! Keeho made it a point to let fans know, "In two years, this has never happened. At least you knew we were singing live, right?" followed by a small chuckle. The group wanted to put on the best performance possible for P1ECE, so they chose to perform Nemonade, again, after the audio issues were fixed, followed by the not-so-secret-stage of Secret Sauce, and then anthem-like sound of Do iIt LIke This. Afterwards, a VCR of If You Call Me started playing, and it was apparent that P1ECE were having one of the best nights of their lives! They expressed their readiness for more exciting stages as their screams, and chants for "Piwon!" filled the venue in anticipation of the group's return to the stage. Sadly, there were only two more stages remaining before ending the high-energy filled night. However, that didn't stop P1ECE from cheering on P1Harmony with their screams while dancing along to Breakthrough and Speaker. These stages were then followed by the Ending Ments stage where the boys thanked everyone for attending and cheering them on throughout the night. Jongseob stole the stage by telling P1ECE they were "part of the harmony." And followed that with, "I have one question. Will you be my BFF?" To nobody's surprise, the venue was filled with screams confirming that Nashville P1ECE would indeed be Jongseob's BFF. The encore came soon after, and the boys were noticeably filled with happiness as they began their last segment of the night, "P1AY Harmony" by performing One and Only - - which brought on an undeniably bright energy from P1ECEf and P1Harmony - - as thy group made their way through the aisles, receiving gifts and interacting with P1ECE, before making their way back to the stage to end the night with AYAYA and the added, unexpected high-energy stage, That's It. The boys will continue their U.S. tour with only two stops remaining! So, P1ECE, don't miss your chance to see them in Austin on February 14, and Dallas on February 16.

  • SF9 LIVE FANTASY #4 'DELIGHT' USA Tour in Dallas

On December 05, 2022, Fantasy gathered at Music Hall at Fair Park in Dallas to cheer on six of nine members of SF9. With Inseong and Youngbin currently serving their mandatory military enlistment, and Rowoon unable to attend due to a prior filming engagement, fans knew that the remaining six members of SF9 were more than capable of putting on an unforgettable show. Jaeyoon, Dawon, Taeyang, Zuho, Hwiyoung and Chani delivered one of the best concerts despite the other three members being absent. As soon as the noticeable intro to Savior began playing, fans immediately were brought to their feet; while their cheers began to fill the theater. Cheers continued to flow as SF9 quickly proceeded into TearDrop before introducing themselves to Fantasy. After the introduction stage, SF9 took their places for Believer, where there was a clear change in the mood of the venue. For this stage, the lights truly set the mood. The members all remained in a line, as the theater became dark enough where all you could see was the white stage lights which allowed only the silhouette figures of the members could be seen, until the chorus came where the stage was lit with a mix of blues, purples and whites to accentuate the lyrics: "숨이 막혀 와 Tuk Tuk Tuk 숨이 막혀 와 Tuk Tuk Tuk Don’t wanna be stopping Oh why you give up 참을 수 없는 고통을 이겨" Following the slow down of Believer, SF9 sparked Fantasy's energy with Trauma where Taeyang started the stage by showing off part of his charm with his smooth and fluid dance during the song's intro. The ending stage lights and dance position of Trauma transitioned seamlessly into the older fan favorite Now or Never. The green lights transitioned beautifully with the background screen with whites, yellows and oranges to match the energy of SF9, and Fantasy's cheers. We then slowed things down with another talk stage from the members as they prepared as they rested a moment before performing two more high-energy, and strongly complicated choreographed stages, Dreams and Enough (Dance Break Remix). This brings us to the group's outfit changes, solo stages, and subunit stage. The first solo act was brought on by white lights shining down on Hwiyoung, who serenaded Fantasy with HBD. Hwiyoung's yellow, red, and green polo just added to the boyfriend vibes that were being shared across the venue, as he joyfully frolicked across the stage during the instrumental portion of the song. Hwiyoung was then followed by the ever-so energetic Zuho, who's white suit allowed the stage to take on a Paradise personality of its own through strobe lights of white and multicolored. Zuho's energy couldn't be contained on stage, so he made his way through the crowd, where Fantasy were able to keep the energy up while jumping up and down with Zuho! The final stage we get to see, before coming back together as a group of six, is Hwiyoung, Taeyang and Chani singing, and dancing to Valhalla. The most interesting part of this stage was to watch the members performing the same choreography in their own styles. After a short, and quirky VCR, Fantasy was then greeted by the members, who have changed into simple and comfortable blue jean, and t-shirt outfits. The venue is now filled with the very sweet energetic aura of Driver and Butterfly before getting hyped back up with SF9's most recent title track, Scream. Following another talk stage, where the members asked about what Fantasy thought of their VCR, which was deemed silly and fun by members and Fantasy, the venue was then hyped up once again by another old fan favorite, ROAR. ROAR is one of those songs that you can't help but to notice the excitingly powerful choreography, and energizing feel! the six members of SF9 wrapped up the Dallas stop of their tour, as they performed MAMA Mia, Go High!, and Forever before giving their ending mentions, which was then followed by their encore stages of OK OK and ending with Play Hard where Fantasy could feel that the night was coming to an end. As they continued to cheer on SF9 with their screaming cheers, singing along and waving of light sticks; there was also the exchanging of waves between Fantasy and SF9 as the members made their way off the stage and both members and fandom said 'Goodbye'.

Some FOR X were so excited that they began camping out as early as 9:00 am the morning before show day! The best part of any K-Pop concert started as more fans began arriving, and lineup time grew closer... The fits and the fan projects (freebies)! FOR X began passing out PCs, key chains, albums, a flag signing project, and even hearts to hold up during "BINARY STAR.'' Some FOR X came ready to show off their moves, as they participated in random dance plays, or practiced their favorite Omega X choreography. The night was filled with high energy from both FOR X and OMEGA X. The 11-members spent the night showing why they were given a second chance to share their talents with the world by showcasing their powerful vocals, hard-hitting raps, and skilled dance moves. Two more high-energy songs, "What's Going On?" and "BAILA CON X", shortly followed to hype up the fans until a short intermission for outfit changes. As the VCR played, you could hear fans talking about what was to come next, because we all know Twitter is Spoiler Central. As Omega X came out, they continued to keep the crowd immersed with fan-favorite songs "LOVE ME LIKE" and "TAKE 'EM ALL". Following this, they took a short moment to surprise FOR X with a trivia where the winner would receive the privilege of joining Omega X on stage to be serenaded. This break helped transition into the next song, "Dry Flower," which gave a more soft-hearted vibe that seemed to describe Omega X perfectly... a group who suffers from the surrounding elements, but will one day bloom again. Although we were unable to stay for the remainder of the show, we are confident that FOR X continued to cheer on, and shower the members with love as they finished out their show with "ICETAG", the light-hearted "PLAY DUMB", the romantic sound of "ALL ABOUT U", "LIAR", "VENUS", "YOUNGER" and "FOR BABY" before exchanging short, encouraging greetings and ending the night by taking selfies with the members of OMEGA X

  • [CONCERT REVIEW] 2022 WEi World Tour [First Love] in Atlanta

[#WEi Review for Blender Book Magazine] NOVEMBER 5, 2022 REVIEW CONCERT: WEi CHARM ATLANTA UNTIL THE END OF THE NIGHT Shortly before the summer, the band announced their First Love tour, first for the United States, before taking over Latin America. On September 23, the group finally set foot in Atlanta, to meet the RUIs who were waiting for them, inhabited by an ostensibly palpable energy. Blue and red strobes to welcome them flood the room as soon as the artists arrive at the Loft. And the BLENDER MAGAZINE team was there. The band debuted with the song Twilight, one of the tracks that propelled them to prominence. In the eyes of many people, WEi could only succeed. In addition to the versatility of their songs, all the members had already been part of a collective before integrating this new composition. There are thus these old groups: JBJ, 1The9, Rainz or even X1. It is however neither the first nor the last group to be formed on the contribution of members of former groups having more or less known success. WEi is thus, from the beginning, expected to have a bright future and has little room for error. The challenge is great for the children of OUI Entertainment as the expectations are considerable. The group quickly decided to rely on Pentagon's Hui for the production of the song Twilight. Hui is mainly known, in addition to his constant involvement in the musical projects of his own group, for having participated in the conception of Shine, Sha La La or Energetic by Wanna One. But suffering from a backlog of work in both Korea and Japan, the Pentagon member was more discreet as a producer for a while. At The Loft, WEi introduces themselves to the crowd right after the first song. Visitors are welcomed by Korean aficionados as well as other minorities. The group seems to be able to unite absolutely all of America. The ultimate mark of their impact on a global level. Follows the piece Timeless which occurs on a background of green light. The group takes a break from their choreographies in order to take the time to come together for an intimate moment with their audience. The room fills with generic hearts. The hands make the “ola”. Everyone was waiting for him. All or Nothing, probably one of the best songs of the group, imposes its frenetic rhythm. The Loft is invaded by its synth texture and its oriental inspirations nourished by powerful transitions. Ironically, it's also one of the songs with the most mixed reception when it was released. Produced by Jang Dae Hyeon, the group's rapper, it is often said not to have what it takes for the grandiloquent impact that one might have expected. Considering the hundreds of jingles that can be heard across the music industry, this is an interesting, but highly questionable point of view. After Super Bumpy, the group pauses again to interact with the crowd. Junseo speaks, evoking the birthday of Yo han who blew out his candles a few days before the concert. A birthday is necessarily celebrated in full tour. “It was in Houston. We thought there was a problem with the soundtrack playing. Then, everyone started to sing, and we finally understood what was happening. I found that so cool!" recalls Yo Han, himself. If touring plays a major role in an artist's life, Dae Hyeon and Junseo agree that this tour comes at just the right time. Shortly after the epitome of the health crisis which forced, for many months, artists to express their art digitally only, the First Love tour is like a second wind for the band as well as for their supporters. “When do you feel best?" Unsurprisingly, the audience rises in unison to respond "Right now!" to Dae Hyeon's question. "Us too, when we play in front of you guys," added Junseo. The members then continue with a cover of Love Killa by Monsta X. The lights are flickering, the atmosphere is about to change completely. White halos take over the room to welcome Blossom, then Bad Night. The world becomes even more intimate and delicate. The RUIs raise their lightsticks one after the other, which also change color on the performance, this time of White Light. White Light marks the balance point of the concert, perfumed with a vocal-melodic ratio neither too tearful nor too immoderate for a title of this tenor. The band, however, were not going to leave Atlanta without delivering their catchy Too Bad, as well as Bye Bye Bye. The concert ends on a superb encore with ABCDEF and RUi. They will have clearly made the Loft vibrate until the end of the night. Special thanks to Max Experience, OUi Entertainment and WEi for the promotional collaboration Photo & Video Credit: K Fuse Team ORIGINAL WRITTEN BY: Demona Lauren Freelance Writer for Blender Magazine
